The talent pool in San Antonio is the confluence of Colleges/Universities, Military, Locals & Transplants. Students + Startups plays a big role in the retention of this talent by connecting them with area startups. Our role (In Collaboration with AR Creative)was to aid in recruitment of both Students and Company Partners. We chose to focus mainly on Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn ads in tandem with in person events to grow recruiting.
